The role is responsible for ensuring that all software solutions meet defined functional and quality standards prior to release. This position requires a hands-on QA professional with strong expertise in test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder collaboration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Quality Assurance & Testing</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Plan, coordinate, and ensure completion of functional testing activities</li>\n  <li>Review functional and design specifications to validate requirements</li>\n  <li>Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements prior to testing</li>\n  <li>Develop and execute:</li>\n  <li>Test plans</li>\n  <li>Test cases</li>\n  <li>Test scripts and scenarios</li>\n  <li>Perform manual and automated testing to ensure application quality</li>\n  <li>Conduct regression testing to validate system stability after changes</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Test Management & Execution</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Define testing scope, timelines, and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders</li>\n  <li>Assign and manage testing tasks across team members</li>\n  <li>Facilitate testing for:</li>\n  <li>New implementations</li>\n  <li>Enhancements</li>\n  <li>Production support</li>\n  <li>Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and completed before release</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Defect & Quality Management</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Identify, document, and track defects with clear and detailed reporting</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution</li>\n  <li>Analyze test results and generate quality metrics and reports</li>\n  <li>Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Collaboration & Communication</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Work closely with:</li>\n  <li>Developers</li>\n  <li>Product Owners</li>\n  <li>Business stakeholders</li>\n  <li>Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users</li>\n  <li>Communicate issues, risks, and delays in a timely manner</li>\n  <li>Provide recommendations to improve QA processes and efficiency</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Process Improvement & Documentation</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Develop and maintain:</li>\n  <li>QA plans</li>\n  <li>Testing procedures</li>\n  <li>SOPs and documentation</li>\n  <li>Continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies</li>\n  <li>Maintain detailed documentation of:</li>\n  <li>Test cases</li>\n  <li>Results</li>\n  <li>Defects</li>\n  <li>QA activities</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Professional Expectations</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication</li>\n  <li>Ensure all documentation and communication is clear, concise, and error-free</li>\n  <li>Promote teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team</li>\n  <li>Facilitate meetings with structured agendas and clear follow-ups</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance</li>\n <li>Hands-on expertise in:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Test planning and execution</li>\n   <li>Defect tracking and management</li>\n   <li>Regression testing</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience with:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Manual and automated testing tools</li>\n   <li>QA methodologies and frameworks</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Ability to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Analyze requirements and identify gaps</li>\n   <li>Generate quality metrics and reports</li>\n   <li>Work in Agile/Scrum environments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance Plan aligned with project objectives</li>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing priorities</li>\n <li>Produce:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Test cases</li>\n   <li>Defect reports</li>\n   <li>Test results</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and document testing processes and procedures</li>\n <li>Cover:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Functional testing</li>\n   <li>Performance testing</li>\n   <li>Data quality validation</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Salesforce application testing</li>\n <li>QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Background in Computer Information Systems (CIS) or related field</li>\n <li>Knowledge of security and compliance practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Citizenship Status Required: </strong>H 1B</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> None required for this position.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote, US</p>\n<h2>Working at DMI</h2>\n<p>DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
