Some of the benefits of joining our team are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive Pay.</li>\n <li>Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.</li>\n <li>Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.</li>\n <li>A friendly and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Continuous exposure to learning and new technologies.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.</li>\n <li>Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment. </li>\n <li>Perform comprehensive oil, filter, and lubrication services, including checking and filling fluid levels to O.E.M. specifications.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all documented Customer Service Agreement processes and guidelines.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed lube records for all work performed.</li>\n <li>Take required Scheduled Oil Samples (SOS) on components on the machine.</li>\n <li>Provide customers with service reports, oil samples, and inspection paperwork as work is performed.</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment for external signs of potential component failure.</li>\n <li>Inspect and report any inoperable safety devices or conditions.</li>\n <li>Prepare accurate and complete service reports in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Ensure field lube trucks are service-ready, including maintaining customer service fluid supplies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge of proper startup and shutdown procedures of CAT equipment.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work after hours as needed, to meet customer demands.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or (GED) equivalent required. </li>\n <li>1+ year of experience servicing heavy equipment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.) required. </li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a high degree of interpersonal skills required.</li>\n <li>Experience in safely operating and maintaining heavy construction equipment, performing machine inspections and operating a service vehicle. </li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills required, with the ability to set and maintain priorities while professionally managing the stress of a fast-paced industry and tight deadlines.</li>\n <li>Enthusiastic and conscientious team player with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Represent Blanchard Machinery by consistently exhibiting professionalism, punctuality, and effective communication with customers, team members and management.</li>\n <li>Perform duties with a sense of urgency, consistently exceeding customer expectations. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy. </li>\n <li>Flexibility to work after hours or varying shifts including weekends, and holidays to meet customer demands. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. </li>\n <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n <li>Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n <li>Physical use of a broad variety of tools and machines in order to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment. </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift varied weight.</li>\n <li>Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>",
