We provide a full range of design services related to traffic engineering including traffic signals, illumination, and ITS.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>OTHON, Inc., is currently seeking a Traffic Design Engineer.&nbsp;We are looking for a self-motivated, aggressively enterprising individual wanting to expand their career opportunities within a growing consulting engineering firm.&nbsp;The qualified applicant will be a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide detailed design and calculations in support of signed and sealed plan sheets</li><li>Provide preliminary layouts, specifications, quantities and final plan sheets</li><li>Train and mentor less experienced engineers</li><li>Supervises Junior Engineers, EITs, and CAD technicians</li><li>Coordinates and works closely with all project disciplines</li><li>Manages project design schedules, budgets, and scope</li><li>Responsible for project quality control</li><li>Coordinates with the client and is responsible for meeting client schedules and budgets.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>This position requires self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team towards a common goal in serving our clients.
