This entry-level position plays a vital role in assisting both staff and patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all who enter our care environment.<br><br>This is a great opportunity to begin or continue your healthcare career in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy in a supportive, team-oriented setting! This position will be providing their service on Monday-Friday. &nbsp;</p><p><br><strong><u>Principal Accountabilities for the Rehabilitation Aide:</u></strong><br><br>- Provides with non-clinical assistance during treatment sessions as directed by licensed therapists</p><p>- Monitors patient safety in the gym and notifies clinicians of any concerns</p><p>- Prepares treatment areas prior to patient sessions</p><p>- Clean and sanitizes equipment and treatment spaces per infection control policies&nbsp;</p><p>- Performs routine safety checks on equipment and report maintenance needs&nbsp;</p><p>- Stock supplies and maintains rehab inventory</p><p>- Maintains compliance with HIPAA and hospital documentation standards</p><p>- Communicates effectively with therapists, front desk staff, and clinical leadership</p><p>- Participates in departmental meetings and required training</p><p>- Adheres to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements as assigned.</p>",
