Hiroki features an Omakase Tasting experience, inspired by the highest quality seasonal ingredients and sourced fresh fish in the region. Hiroki San himself has been curating Omakase Menus for over 20 years.
The beverage menu features quality-driven sake along with a curated list of well-crafted whiskies and approachable wines from the Old and New World, carefully selected to complement the style of cuisine.

The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight to 10 (8 to 10) hours per day .
