This role requires extensive expertise in evaluating and managing property damage claims, preferably gained from insurance companies or claims-handling environments. You will leverage your adjusting background to strategically assess losses, prepare defensible estimates, communicate with carriers, and advocate for fair compensation on behalf of our clients.<br></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident in navigating complex property damage scenarios while providing exceptional service to clients and supporting our attorneys.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Claim Evaluation &amp; Investigation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive investigations of property damage claims, assessing causation, scope of loss, and overall impact.</li>\n<li>Review and analyze documentation, photos, repair estimates, and supporting evidence.</li>\n<li>Identify inconsistencies, undervaluations, or improper denials based on industry standards and policy interpretation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client &amp; Stakeholder Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with clients to collect necessary documents, understand the incident, and manage expectations throughout the claims process.</li>\n<li>Communicate and coordinate with insurance adjusters, carriers, repair vendors, and third-party stakeholders to support claim development.</li>\n<li>Provide clear guidance to clients on required documentation, timelines, and communication workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assessment, Reporting &amp; Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare accurate and professional damage assessments, repair estimates, and summary reports.</li>\n<li>Present findings to attorneys, clients, and insurance representatives in a clear, defensible, and well-organized manner.</li>\n<li>Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all claim-related activities and communications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Negotiation &amp; Claim Resolution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters, ensuring fair valuation and appropriate interpretation of policy coverage.</li>\n<li>Advocate for clients by identifying opportunities to strengthen claims and address undervalued or disputed assessments.</li>\n<li>Track and manage claim timelines from intake to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive case handling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with attorneys, case managers, and other internal teams to support legal strategy and strengthen case outcomes.</li>\n<li>Provide subject-matter expertise related to property claims, insurance coverage issues, and industry best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Insurance, Business, Finance</span>, or a related field (preferred but not required for strong experience).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5–8 years</span> of experience as a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Property Damage Claims Adjuster</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Insurance Adjuster</span>, or similar role handling property damage claims.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical &amp; Professional Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">property insurance policies</span>, adjusting procedures, and claims workflows.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to evaluate damages, prepare accurate estimates, and negotiate settlements.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Office Suite</span>; experience with estimating tools such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Xactimate</span> is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ideal Candidate Profile</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
