Be a part of a family-owned business that prioritizes quality and the success of its team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Feeding Materials</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Load raw materials (sand, gravel, recycled asphalt, etc.) into plant hoppers or cold feeds</li>\n   <li>Keep the plant continuously supplied so production stays consistent</li>\n   <li>Monitor material levels and anticipate when more is needed</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong> Stockpile Management</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Build, maintain, and organize material stockpiles</li>\n   <li>Separate materials by type and size</li>\n   <li>Prevent contamination (mixing of different aggregates)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Equipment Operation</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Operate the loader safely and efficiently in tight plant areas</li>\n   <li>Manage bucket loads properly to avoid spills and equipment strain</li>\n   <li>Work around trucks, conveyors, and other workers</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Communication & Coordination</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Work closely with the plant operator and foreman</li>\n   <li>Help ensure asphalt mix meets quality specs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Maintenance & Inspections</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Perform daily pre-trip inspections (fluids, tires, hydraulics, etc.)</li>\n   <li>Keep the loader clean and in good working order</li>\n   <li>Report or fix minor mechanical issues</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Plant Support Work</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Help with plant cleanup and shoveling</li>\n   <li>Assist in basic maintenance tasks around the plant</li>\n   <li>Keep work areas safe and organized</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Skills</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Equipment operation (front-end loader proficiency)</li>\n <li>Awareness of material types and handling</li>\n <li>Good communication with plant crew</li>\n <li>Safety-focused mindset</li>\n <li>Basic mechanical knowledge</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years or older.</li>\n <li>CDL and ability to run a distributor truck plus but not required.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.</li>\n <li>Understanding of paving procedures is a plus.</li>\n <li>Experience rolling different types of asphalt mix including UDOT or state mixes.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with other operators and testers on rolling patterns to achieve densities.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits </strong></p>\n<p>At Suncore, we value people.
