As a clinician on the team, the Team Leader provides assessment, treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges, and assists in coordinating care across programs within our organization and also with other providers in the community. </p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor Certification required </li>\n <li>2 years clinical social work experience preferred</li>\n <li><p>LCMHC-S or a different license that includes the certification of qualified supervisor</p></li>\n <li>Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans</li>\n <li>Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred</li>\n <li>Excellent listening and communication skills</li>\n <li>Bilingual a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Blue Ridge Health:</h2>\n<p>At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
