The APM is accountable for schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination, while working closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, Superintendents, and internal teams.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from preconstruction through close-out</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain, update, and track detailed project schedules to monitor progress and identify potential impacts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and overall financial performance tracking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare monthly progress draws, client billings, and review purchase orders in accordance with company standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Attend, document, and contribute to project meetings with clients, trades, and consultants</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support quality assurance processes, document control, and compliance with contract requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and help enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
