    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a Greenskeeper at Suncadia, you'll play an integral role in golf course operations at either Prospector, Rope Rider, or Tumble Creek golf courses. You will perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and equipment maintenance. Greenskeepers mow the greens and maintain the bunkers each morning to ensure the golfer will experience their very best golf game.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Season Start: 4/1/2026</em></li>\n <li><em>Season End: 10/31/2026</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Plus, unparalleled activities like outdoor concerts, fine dining, swimming, and more.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all maintenance tasks including mowing, bunker maintenance and golf course set up</li>\n <li>All mowing, bunker maintenance and other maintenance programs will be done according to written policy and procedures</li>\n <li>Prepare and maintain written records of maintenance and repair performed on each piece of equipment</li>\n <li>Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Perform all duties and golfer activity and golf etiquette with the highest of priorities</li>\n <li>Be familiar with Suncadia Resort and its various outlets and activities so as to respond positively to guest inquiries </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Available to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Current Valid Driver's License</li>\n <li>Morning Person - This job is a lot of fun, but you’ve got to be a morning person! Greenskeepers start in the wee hours of the morning and typically get to enjoy their afternoons off. If you like to hit the snooze button, this job might not be for you. </li>\n <li>Experience- Previous experience on golf courses, successful working on a team, and working with heavy equipment is important. </li>\n <li>People Person - Greenskeepers work as part of a crew.
