padding: 0px;\">Performs manual maintenance work on ditches and natural waterways, including clearing debris,&nbsp;cutting&nbsp;and trimming vegetation, and improving drainage using small tools and equipment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Operate&nbsp;equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for the safe handling and transfer of chemicals and materials, adhering to all safety guidelines and receiving proper training prior to use.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"margin: 0px;
