For this position we are looking for a Radiologic Technologist who is wanting to cross train as a CT Technologist. Focus will be on conducting diagnostic X-ray procedures and operating X-ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes but also learning more about CT scanners and procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Available: </strong>Days -  Monday thru Friday</p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>Full-Time </p>\n<p><strong>Hours:</strong> 8-hour options - 9:00am to 5:30pm</p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Pampa Regional Medical Center – Pampa, TX</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare:</u></em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance options</li>\n <li>Paid vacation, sick time and holidays</li>\n <li>Bereavement leave, FMLA and other leave options</li>\n <li>Employer 401K options</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement options </li>\n <li>Life, disability, and other insurance options</li>\n <li>Many other amazing benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>**We offer CT cross-training for this position and may assist with costs associated with obtaining a second modality!</em></p>\n<p><em><strong> </strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform Diagnostic Radiographic or other procedures according to department protocols, while cross training as a CT Tech</li>\n <li>Responsible for ensuring that X-ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, which may involve performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed</li>\n <li>Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X-ray examinations</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of X-ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history</li>\n <li>Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification</li>\n <li>Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
