Description

Summary Fire Creek Services Company, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Systems Engineer V to supports systems engineering, SEIT, IA, and digital LVC environments. Develops DoDAF requirements and CONOPS using MBSE principles. Supports IT and network design for IA projects. Essential Functions Perform MBSE tasks with tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw. Develop DoDAF-compliant architectures. Support SEIT and integration of space/IA systems. Provide IT and network engineering support Competencies Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications. Strong communication and writing skills. Project management: Skills for examining existing systems for weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. Teamwork: Discussing issues that emerge among co-workers, communicating a project's needs, listening and accepting feedback while respecting team members' perspectives Analytical thinking: Extracting key information from data and designing the most effective solutions to solve the problem at hand. Creative thinking: Bringing new perspectives to the table, finding innovative solutions to issues. Troubleshooting: Analyzing and fixing any kind of problem in a system or a machine Risk management: Assessing the likelihood and cost of system vulnerabilities. Broad technical knowledge: Understanding technical drawings and diagrams, computer skills, a broad knowledge of engineering. Industry-specific knowledge Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, frequently changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams. Supervisory Responsibility None for this position Work Environment This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of DoD leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems. Physical Demands The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected Experience Seven plus years supporting systems in a similar environment INCOSE CSEP. – Strong SysML and DoDAF experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred). Additional Eligibility Qualifications None Drug Free Workplace All Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace. It is our policy that all new hires must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment. In addition, all employees are subject to random drug screens throughout the term of their employment with All Native Group. Clearance Ability to obtain an active Top-Secret Clearance (SCI eligible). Interim Secret required to start (company will sponsor). Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is $170,000.00 to $185,000.00 depending upon education and experience.
