    "description": "<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p>Fire Creek Services Company, a division of All Native Group and Ho Chunk, Incorporated, is seeking an exceptional Systems Engineer V to supports systems engineering, SEIT, IA, and digital LVC environments. Develops DoDAF requirements and CONOPS using MBSE principles. Supports IT and network design for IA projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform MBSE tasks with tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw. </li>\n <li>Develop DoDAF-compliant architectures. </li>\n <li>Support SEIT and integration of space/IA systems. </li>\n <li>Provide IT and network engineering support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and writing skills.</li>\n <li>Project management: Skills for examining existing systems for weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.</li>\n <li>Teamwork: Discussing issues that emerge among co-workers, communicating a project's needs, listening and accepting feedback while respecting team members' perspectives</li>\n <li>Analytical thinking: Extracting key information from data and designing the most effective solutions to solve the problem at hand.</li>\n <li>Creative thinking: Bringing new perspectives to the table, finding innovative solutions to issues.</li>\n <li>Troubleshooting: Analyzing and fixing any kind of problem in a system or a machine</li>\n <li>Risk management: Assessing the likelihood and cost of system vulnerabilities.</li>\n <li>Broad technical knowledge: Understanding technical drawings and diagrams, computer skills, a broad knowledge of engineering.</li>\n <li>Industry-specific knowledge Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, frequently changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibility</strong></p>\n<p>None for this position</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p>This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of DoD leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision-making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work</strong></p>\n<p>This is a full-time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel</strong></p>\n<p>Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Seven plus years supporting systems in a similar environment</li>\n <li>INCOSE CSEP. – </li>\n <li>Strong SysML and DoDAF experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Eligibility Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>None</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Drug Free Workplace</strong></p>\n<p>All Native Group is a Drug Free Workplace.
