Our solutions eliminate complexity and reduce risk across Active Directory management, identity governance, privileged access, and cloud infrastructure entitlement management</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a strategic FP&A analyst to serve as the dedicated finance business partner for our Customer Success organization, owning financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across retention, expansion, and churn metrics. The ideal candidate will translate complex SaaS KPIs — including NRR, GRR, LTV, and CAC payback — into actionable insights that drive CS leadership decisions and optimize resource allocation. This role requires a collaborative self-starter with 3–5 years of FP&A experience in a SaaS environment, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a highly visible role responsible for elevating our market narrative, sharpening competitive differentiation, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments worldwide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Financial Analysis Consultant position will support our One Identity business unit.  The finance team supporting this business is responsible for tracking the key metrics for the business and delivering on all parts of the P&L.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with sales operations to prepare monthly business outlooks.</li>\n <li>Track deal status and work with sales, pricing, legal, and product teams to drive closure.</li>\n <li>Assist in financial planning process to set accurate annual revenue and expense targets for the One Identity business.</li>\n <li>Provide approvals for special pricing, payment terms, etc.</li>\n <li>Along with FP&A, participate in the quarterly close and monthly forecast processes.</li>\n <li>Produce KPI dashboards for the business.</li>\n <li>Lead analysis of business performance drivers and business case initiatives.</li>\n <li>Manage, participate in, or directly work on any additional projects, assignments, or initiatives assigned by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>MBA or undergraduate degree in an analytics-related field.</li>\n <li>5-10 years of experience in the finance field and/or software industry.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
