Maintain a good attendance record. Work rotating shifts of various lengths including weekends and holidays Maintains good communication with all plant personnel. (Other shifts, departments and managers) Maintain production rates Ability to understand and perform assigned job tasks easily and independently while flexible enough to work in team settings. Maintains good housekeeping and ensures that required sanitation duties and paperwork are completed as required. Conducts daily inspections, reporting any problems noted. Continuously monitors and adjusts equipment for optimal performance and quality Review quality control documents and make necessary adjustments Perform Food Safety/HACCP/Quality Control checks and document Complete assigned paperwork accurately Perform maintenance and sanitation on machines as required May perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Clear Communication Problem Solving Decision Making Motivation Forklift Operator ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.\n* Please include all relevant work experience with dates of employment to be considered.\n* Candidates required to have ankle high steel toe boots if selected for the role - by the start date.\nREF:109917BR",
