    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <div>\n  <p><strong><u>Essential Functions:</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Presents and promotes Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services to architectural, design and engineering firms with a specific geographic region.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Works with Design Build construction firms.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts by executing necessary paperwork such as maintaining a Salesforce Automation (SFA) database with projects and activities associated with that project and/or account.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers/Market Managers/Business Development Managers regarding project recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects within his/her SFA project pipeline.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Gives group presentations to architects, interior designers and engineers relating to Stonhard/Liquid Elements products and services.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Meets or exceed Stonhard’s minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Contacts a minimum of 10-15 clients in-person per week.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Enter a minimum of 5 new projects per week within Salesforce.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>2+ years’ industry experience in similar sales, design, or equivalent role.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.</li>\n   <li>Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.</li>\n   <li>Has the ability to organize and prioritize activities.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Must be able to physically transport sample case and literature to customers (approximately 40 lbs. weight)</li>\n   <li>Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day – 30%&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>This position requires wearing a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p>\n  <p><strong>Base Salary Range:</strong> $85,000 - $95,000</p>\n  <p><strong>Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average):</strong> approx. $15,000 - $40,000</p>\n  <p><strong>Supplemental Pay Types:</strong> Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses</p>\n  <p><strong>Benefits:</strong> 401k w/ company match after 6 months, Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, flexible schedule, life insurance, tuition reimbursement</p>\n  <p>These ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs and other considerations permitted by law.</p>\n </div>\n</div>",
