Sage Hospitality Group is looking for top talent and we look forward to hearing from you!</p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>Clean and maintain all corridors, public areas, and parking lots in accordance with all housekeeping procedures/ standards and safety & security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean & care for buildings, facilities, and exterior of property to ensure they are maintained in a safe and healthy manner.</li>\n <li>Check landscaping, mulch beds, lawn, for cigarette butts, trash, and debris.</li>\n <li>Sweep all walkways and ensure any trash, debris, cobwebs, etc. are removed from exterior areas of buildings.</li>\n <li>Notify management of any repairs needed (lighting, public areas, parking lot, etc.)</li>\n <li>Empty all exterior waste baskets and keep receptacles clean</li>\n <li>Sweep walkways and parking lot as needed to ensure clean and safe areas.</li>\n <li>Use carpet cleaner, floor scrubber, power washer, and any other assigned equipment to safely clean interior floors, as well as the exterior building and walkways.</li>\n <li>Attend safety meetings & other related meetings.</li>\n <li>Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Formal Training</strong></p>\n<p>No formal education needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p>Prior janitorial/ custodial experience desirable.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-starting personality with an even disposition.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet standards of appearance.</li>\n <li>Can communicate well with guests.</li>\n <li>Minimal speech communication skills to utilize alternate communication.</li>\n <li>Minimal literacy necessary; can utilize alternate training tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
