This role requires a dynamic leader with both strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise to ensure project success, profitability, and client satisfaction across the region. Primary location is the Business Unit Office in The Woodlands, TX. Hybrid presence can be accommodated. Supervisory Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team, including project managers, engineers, and field personnel.
