This role is a Remote Position based in the United States.&#xa0;</p><p>As a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist at<strong>&#xa0;AECOM&#xa0;</strong>you will deliver \"best in class\" talent acquisition sourcing which includes candidate and market research, candidate identification, project management, data mining, candidate outreach and development.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Deliver the best sourcing experience for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and our business leaders&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies for each role.&#xa0;</li><li>Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods.&#xa0;</li><li>Utilize Boolean search techniques, advanced internet research, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.&#xa0;</li><li>Develop candidate pipelines, market intelligence reports, and become an expert in our ATS/CRM (SmartRecruiters)&#xa0;</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of candidate pipelines.&#xa0;</li><li>Guide our Talent Acquisition staff to advise them of trends, best practices, and market fluctuations&#xa0;</li><li>Act as a liaison between AECOM Talent Acquisition and external vendors&#xa0;</li><li>Build relationships with various stakeholders to deliver a focused approach to sourcing prospective candidates to achieve consistency, efficiency, and the best quality hires&#xa0;</li><li>Proactively communicate with all stakeholders&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and 6&#xa0;years of experience in strategic sourcing and recruitment.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Previous experience building multi-channel, candidate pipelines supporting multiple business lines and positions.</li><li>Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging talent.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working with geographically dispersed, virtual teams, as well as, have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.&#xa0;</li><li>Development of Recruiting Strategies.</li><li>Proficient utilizing MS office.</li></ul>",
