font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">The Senior Associate will report directly to the Practice Lead, collaborating with other subject matter experts to consult with clients, perform examinations and testing, and prepare technical reports in a clear, concise, and professional manner.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Perform site examinations and document reviews; communicate findings clearly to colleagues and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Report to the Civil/Structural Team and work closely with the Practice Lead on performance, professional development, and team goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Prepare structural calculations, simulations, and technical drawings from field measurements, sketches, and other data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Prepare technical reports and drawings based on sound investigation and analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Manage client service deadlines, budgets, invoicing, and accounts receivable efficiently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Liaise directly with clients, providing regular updates throughout investigations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Demonstrate commitment to the firm’s mission, vision, and values.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Participate in business development and marketing activities; attend industry seminars and events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Manage projects in line with billing and reporting requirements, including client-based MSAs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Excellent technical writing skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Strong presentation skills (asset).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Valid Canadian driver’s license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
