          "text": "<p>The Advanced Microscopy team has a great opportunity for a skilled <strong>Scientist</strong>&#xa0;with a background in&#xa0;operating and analyzing materials using&#xa0;<strong>TEM (Transmission Electron Microscopy).</strong>&#xa0;This is a hands‑on, production‑focused role centered on supporting advanced materials and semiconductor analysis for clients across multiple industries.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a strong technical contributor who thrives in a fast‑paced lab environment, enjoys focused tool time, and values producing high‑quality, site‑specific results within defined client timelines.</p><p>The TEM Scientist will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Partnering&#xa0;with team members to provide high quality analysis service&#xa0;to&#xa0;clients.&#xa0;</li><li>Operating TEM tools to obtain TEM/STEM images, SAED, EDS and EELS data from samples.</li><li>Developing TEM analysis protocols/techniques to meet clients’ requests.</li><li>Creating&#xa0;summary reports to capture the project objectives, analysis data and interpretation of the results.</li></ul><p>A typical day would involve-</p><ul><li>Operating the TEM tools (FEI or JEOL electron microscopes) and collecting TEM/STEM images based on customers' requests.</li><li>Performing elemental analysis such as EDS/EELS (collecting/process the data and creating&#xa0;the reports).</li><li>Engaging in discussions with&#xa0;customers to solve their questions and concerns.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule: *5pm-2am, Tuesdays to Saturdays OR Sundays to Thursdays</strong></p><p>*Shift differential will apply</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Compliance Requirement (ITAR)</strong></p><p>This position supports work related to defense applications and is subject to ITAR regulations.</p><p><u>Applicants must be U.S. Persons, defined as:</u></p><ul><li>U.S. Citizen</li><li>U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)</li><li>Political Asylee or Refugee</li></ul>",
