Conduct inspections, field walkdowns, and quality verifications to ensure completed work meets design intent and quality expectations. Participate in constructability reviews and contribute to identifying opportunities to improve execution efficiency and reduce project risk. Identify potential schedule, quality, safety, and constructability concerns and recommend corrective actions to minimize impacts to project objectives. Maintain accurate documentation including field reports, punch lists, change notices, progress updates, turnover packages, and as-built records. Participate in project meetings and provide technical input regarding construction progress, engineering issues, and resolution plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support resource planning, material availability, and timely completion of construction activities. Ensure work is performed in compliance with applicable safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards. Support commissioning and turnover activities by verifying completion of assigned systems and documentation requirements. Provide guidance and mentorship to Field Engineers I and other less experienced personnel, promoting technical development and knowledge sharing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of field engineering processes, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications and Experience University Degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent trade qualification combined with additional technical training and relevant experience.
