    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<table>\n\t<tbody>\n\t\t<tr>\n\t\t\t<td>The Oncology Concierge is responsible for providing comfort measures and other non-medical needs as required by oncology patients.<br/>\n\t\t\t<br/>\n\t\t\t<strong><font>Job Relationships</font></strong><br/>\n\t\t\t<font>Reports to the Operations Manager</font><br/>\n\t\t\t<br/>\n\t\t\t<strong><font>Principal Responsibilities</font></strong><br/>\n\t\t\t<font>Exemplify excellent customer service towards patients, families, staff and visitors.<br/>\n\t\t\tProvide non-medical comfort measures for patients upon arrival and during visit.<br/>\n\t\t\tKeep a log of patient location in the infusion room.<br/>\n\t\t\tClean patient area as patients leave.<br/>\n\t\t\tStock linens, recover pillows and refill blanket warmer as needed.<br/>\n\t\t\tMake coffee and tea as needed.<br/>\n\t\t\tKeep snacks and refrigerator stocked.<br/>\n\t\t\tComply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.<br/>\n\t\t\tAdhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training &amp; accomplishments as required per policy.<br/>\n\t\t\tProvide excellent customer service and adhere to SC Way customer service philosophy.<br/>\n\t\t\tPerform other job duties as assigned.</font><br/>\n\t\t\t<br/>\n\t\t\t<strong><font>Education/Experience</font></strong><br/>\n\t\t\t<font>High School graduate or GED required.&nbsp;&nbsp; </font><br/>\n\t\t\t<br/>\n\t\t\t<strong><font>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</font></strong><br/>\n\t\t\t<font>Ability to stand 95% of the time.<br/>\n\t\t\tAbility to push patients weighing &lt;200 lbs in a wheelchair.</font><br/>\n\t\t\t<br/>\n\t\t\t<strong><font>Working Environment</font></strong><br/>\n\t\t\t<font>Oncology infusion room.</font><br/>\n\t\t\t<br/>\n\t\t\t<strong><font>PHI/Privacy Level</font></strong><br/>\n\t\t\t<font>HIPAA4</font></td>\n\t\t</tr>\n\t</tbody>\n</table>\n",
