Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.</p><p>As a <strong>Recruiter (12 month contract)</strong>, you’ll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&amp;P mechanics</li><li>Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals</li><li>Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)</li><li>Conducting thorough technical prescreening</li><li>Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate</li><li>Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process</li><li>Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree</li><li>5 years of talent acquisition experience</li><li>This is an on-site position</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Desired Characteristics:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills.</li><li>Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.</li><li>International recruiting experience.</li><li>Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficient with MS Office Suite.</li><li>Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional &amp; leadership roles).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.</li><li>Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.</li><li>Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.</li><li>Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
