The Compensation and CAPREIT Benefits for this position can be read below.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>- $1,500 Hiring Bonus</strong></p>\n<p>- $36 - $38/HR</p>\n<p>- Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p>\n<p>- 401(k) with company match</p>\n<p>- Mental Health Day</p>\n<p>- Summer Fun Friday</p>\n<p>- You will receive paid vacation days, including your birthday!, sick days, and holidays.</p>\n<p>- Competitive bonus and leasing commission structure.</p>\n<p><strong>About Falcon Heights</strong></p>\n<p>Location: Falcon Heights, Minnesota 55113</p>\n<p># of Units: 175</p>\n<p># of Openings: 1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of the community </strong>by troubleshooting, repairing, and/or replacing individual heating and A/C units, water heaters, appliances, plumbing and electrical systems, asphalt, building interiors and exteriors, drainage systems, and remodeling carpentry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the community remains organized and efficient</strong> by scheduling service requests, preparing and scheduling vacant turnovers, taking inventory, ordering supplies, scheduling contractors when needed, establishing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program, and completing periodic inspections and capital improvements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Oversee the maintenance staff </strong>by hiring, training, and supervising maintenance personnel.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Assist the office staff </strong>by interacting with residents, prospective residents, and vendors in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>- 3 to 5 years of apartment maintenance experience</p>\n<p>- A valid CFC with Type I and II or with Universal certification is required</p>\n<p>- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to respond to on-call emergencies, when needed</p>\n<p>- Ability to provide your own basic tools</p>\n<p>- Computer literacy skills</p>\n<p>- A high school diploma or equivalent</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Monday - Friday/On Call</p>\n<p>#CAPREITUS</p>",
