Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries! <a href=\"http://www.lgenergymi.com/\" target=\"_blank\">www.lgenergymi.com</a></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As a QA Technician (QA Inspector-Defect Analysis), you are responsible for analyzing lithium-ion batteries (small, medium/large Cell, ESS) and BMS (Battery Management System).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify daily, weekly, and monthly calibrations for all equipment are complete and properly documented</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cell/Module/Pack tear-down analysis and reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Report investigation/test/containment results in a clear, concise, and timely manner to the appropriate Supervisor</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Training QA Inspectors on testing equipment and material</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paying close attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work well with individuals and teams across the company to ensure the group meets or exceeds expectations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify correct data to insure a quality product</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Being self-directed to work individually on tasks while communicating with your team</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyse data from measuring devices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete daily documentation and audits, as required by the position</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure work is completed in a safe manner &amp; maintain a safe working environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Utilize a variety of required PPE to ensure your safety within the plant, during the incoming process.
