Help grow our ever expanding water quality sales team</li>\n <li>Diagnose issues of customers' homes to include repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized lines, rerouting, and more</li>\n <li><p>Drive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer care</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral-based sales</p></li>\n <li><p>Confidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertise</p></li>\n <li><p>Educate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc.</p></li>\n <li><p>Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reports</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions-based guidance</p></li>\n <li><p>Represent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer service</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>2-3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired)</p></li>\n <li><p>3-5+ years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codes</p></li>\n <li>Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not required</li>\n <li><p>Exceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with effective presentation skills</p></li>\n <li><p>High integrity and the capability to promote a positive company image</p></li>\n <li><p>Results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Do you check the box for the above items?
