Help grow our ever expanding water quality sales team Diagnose issues of customers' homes to include repiping, water heaters, sewer replacements, galvanized lines, rerouting, and more Drive new sales while maintaining the company’s standards for integrity and customer care Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that generate high, referral-based sales Confidently present product solutions using product knowledge and sales expertise Educate potential customers on the value of our services, including special promotions, financing options, etc. Accurately document services performed and recommendations using required forms and reports Attend scheduled appointments with customers and provide professional, solutions-based guidance Represent the company in a manner that aligns with our core values and exceptional customer service Qualifications Do I Have What It Takes? 2-3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired) 3-5+ years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codes Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not required Exceptional listening skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with effective presentation skills High integrity and the capability to promote a positive company image Results-driven mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Willingness to work in tight spaces and at heights, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs, in various weather conditions (hot, cold, wet) Do you check the box for the above items?
