    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Boundary Co-op</strong> is hiring a <strong>Full-Time Supervisor</strong> in the Grocery Department at our Food Store in <strong>Killarney, </strong>Manitoba<strong>.</strong></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong><u>Who we are:</u></strong></span></p><p><span>Co-op does business differently.&nbsp; As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth.&nbsp; To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at&nbsp;</span><a href=\"http://www.boundaryco-op.crs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><span>www.boundaryco-op.crs</span></a>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong><u>What you'll do:</u></strong></span></p><p><span>Reporting to the Grocery Manager, the Grocery Supervisor is responsible for:</span></p><ul><li><span>Demonstrating day-to-day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operative's vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety;</span></li><li><span>Staff Supervision;</span></li><li><span>Maintaining till operations and maintenance;</span></li><li><span>Greeting customers and responding to customer questions;</span></li><li><span>Ordering, receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise;</span></li><li><span>Ensuring department best practices are consistently executed;</span></li><li><span>Responsible for ensuring there is price accuracy throughout the store;</span></li><li><span>Understanding and implement CASM standards;</span></li><li><span>Activating/deactivating promotion and sale pricing;</span></li><li><span>Prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks;</span></li><li><span>Following proper maintenance and housekeeping duties;</span></li><li><span>Performing other duties as assigned.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong><u>Who you are:</u></strong></span></p><p><span>You are looking for a career in the retail and:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>You have a Grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; previous file maintenance or retail experience would be preferred;</span></li><li><span>You have computer literacy skills;</span></li><li><span>You are able to delegate tasks;</span></li><li><span>You’re action oriented, customer focused and work well with other Team Members;</span></li><li><span>You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;</span></li><li><span>You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.</span></li></ul><p><span>The successful candidate will work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong><u>Why it matters:</u></strong></span></p><p><span>Our team provides a range of products and services to support our members and customers.
