    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li>Ensure 99.9% system availability for all terminals, and 24/7 support of production system services to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity and performance required for TOS&nbsp; application &amp; auxiliary systems like VMT/HHT, RFID, OCR, Web Portals, Weight Scale Integration, PDS / DGPS etc..</li>\n <li>First line to fix problems with the TOS, eg. when TOS is down the whole terminal is down which is a huge business risk;&nbsp;and related end-points, Integration –API.</li>\n <li>Maintain EDI, work with SPOCs and external customers on their needs for reports, EDI etc</li>\n <li>Monitor and ensure the proper documentation of the manual, project documents, change requests etc and approve the final versions.</li>\n <li>Performance monitoring, reporting, and fine-tuning of TOS Application &amp; Configuration.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Management and maintenance of back-ups &amp; recovery procedure of TOS</li>\n <li>Installation and maintenance of TOS Setup, replication and client environments.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Reviewing and tuning SQL and PL/SQL code; designing Logics and Reports.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Security and access control.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provision of support and assistance to development team in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of TOS database applications&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Creation and maintenance of SQL queries and routines in TOS&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provisioning of TOS Solution development and testing environments.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Writing ad-hoc queries based on schema knowledge for various reporting requirements. Writing / tuning data ingestion procedures from external suppliers and partners using PL/SQL, sql loader, 3rd party tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Required to deal with complex data models and object relational database mapping, while producing complex reports</li>\n <li>TOS and related training and familiarization session</li>\n <li>TOS Process improvements and Enhancement recommendation</li>\n <li>Ensure PROD and DR setup and perform recovery testing on defined routines as per business requirements.</li>\n <li>Co-ordinate with SPOC and interact with Zodiac and other team members for Automation software’s.</li>\n <li>All other duties assigned by Head TOS/ Head Shared Service time to time.</li>\n <li>Maintain the software and version at Site.</li>\n <li>Work in shifts for 24x7 support</li>\n</ul>",
