font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Ability to work with ages six months to adult.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Ability to instruct ballet, modern, jazz, tap classes in accordance with standard curriculum.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Knowledge of basic dance terminology, dance history, current dance trends, classroom etiquette, physical safety and proper guidance with movement execution.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Must attend all classes/rehearsals/recitals/staff meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Must complete student progress reports bi-annually and all recital request forms (i.e. lighting, evaluations, music, costumes, etc). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Must attend staff educational functions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Performs the job safely and in compliance with district policies, procedures, work and safety rules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Be familiar with the safe operation of any equipment necessary in accomplishing required tasks.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Must complete all clerical duties involved with recital processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Must dress in all black pants (jazz, yoga, exercise, sport) and wear Pavilion Dance Centre shirt for instruction of dance classes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Ten to fifteen years extensive dance training/experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Communication and organizational skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Ability to follow direction and apply constructive criticism.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Willingness to learn and be a team player.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none\">Good knowledge of pertinent safety precautions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
