Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role(s):</strong>  Performs day to day tasks in various areas of the Sales department including but not limited to managing monthly costs, billing of parts, trading goods and price negotiations.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with any team in the plant and HQ in Korea through new project, from RFQ to product specification and pricing negotiation.  </li>\n <li>Prepare price decisions based on cost calculations with HQ in Korea.</li>\n <li>Negotiate Parts price with OEM for new projects and Engineering changes.</li>\n <li>Negotiate tooling costs and other expenses with OEM.</li>\n <li>Communicate with our customer for any sales related issues.</li>\n <li>Monitors daily billing for the modules and training goods for monthly closing.</li>\n <li>Maintain sales goals by monthly, quarterly, and yearly and create and analyze sales results report.</li>\n <li>Monitor Account Receivable from OEM.</li>\n <li>Able to work in fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Must have strong mindset.</li>\n <li>Other tasks as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong>0-3 years </p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) </p>\n<p><strong>Degree Field: </strong>Business Management degree preferred</p>\n<p><strong>Equivalent Experience/Education</strong><strong>: </strong>3+ years of experience in Sales within the manufacturing/automotive industry</p>\n<p><strong>Communication Skills: </strong>Advanced</p>\n<p><strong>Foreign Language Required: </strong>No.<strong>  If yes, what language? </strong>N/A</p>\n<p><strong>Foreign Language Skill Level: </strong>N/A</p>\n<p><strong>Mathematical: </strong>Intermediate</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Certified/Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional/Other Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Negotiation Skills</li>\n <li>Project Management Skills</li>\n</ul>",
