He/she leads, assigns\nand coordinates personnel for all aircraft structural repairs, maintenance and\nmodifications, making sure that all personnel carry out their respective duties\nin full accordance to company policies and procedures with the objective of\ndelivering high quality work with safety being their uncompromised priority.<br class=\"\">\n<br class=\"\">\nThe Structures &amp; Backshops Manager will have numerous Leads reporting to\nhim/her. Personnel to be managed include sub-contractors.<br class=\"\">\n<br class=\"\">\nOne of the key functions of the Structures &amp; Backshops Manager is that of\nensuring his/her team undertake their task efficiently and within the budgeted\ntime while consistently maintaining a high safety standard. Also important is\nto ensure that all documentation is completed and signed-off accurately and\nwith integrity. Also important is to ensure that the workshops are kept to high\nstandards of housekeeping and working order.<br class=\"\">\n<br class=\"\">\n</span><b class=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\" class=\"\">POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\" class=\"\"></span></font></p>\n\n<ul type=\"disc\" class=\"\">\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"\n     line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><font size=\"3\">Ensure the\n     highest quality service, safety standards and performance, with the\n     objective of exceeding customer satisfaction in the re-delivery of\n     airworthy, reliable and clean aircraft, in a timely manner. <o:p></o:p></font></span></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"\n     line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><font size=\"3\">Provide leadership\n     and direction to Leads and technicians to ensure high quality on-time\n     re-delivery of aircraft in accordance with the Company’s policies and\n     procedures and in compliance with FAA and OSHA regulations and guidelines.\n     <o:p></o:p></font></span></li>\n <li class=\"msonormal\" style=\"\n     line-height:normal;tab-stops:list 36px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><font size=\"3\">Lead, coach and\n     mentor direct reports and their subordinates to consistently deliver\n     excellence in their undertaking as individuals and team players.
