The Community Outreach Coordinator, III is responsible for coordinating the activities of WyCOA grants and contracts and works closely with Center on Aging leadership to ensure all grant/contract deliverables are met.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and present outreach programs/services for targeted groups, such as training workshops, conferences, and school or community presentations; assess program needs, organize program materials; evaluate program success.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with agencies and organizations interested in specified programs or services.</li>\n <li>Develop and conduct in-service training which includes program design and delivery.</li>\n <li>Develop marketing plans and publicity materials for distribution to target audience.</li>\n <li>Develop budgets and maintain financial records related to a specific activity, project, or service.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain database and/or website related to a specific activity, project, or service.</li>\n <li>Act as project manager in planning and coordinating activities to support a specific program.</li>\n <li>Research, prepare, and/or write grants, applications, and fundraising proposals to sources at local, state, and national levels.</li>\n <li>Conduct research for an activity, program or service and write articles and reports and develop strategies and avenues to disseminate information and research.</li>\n <li>May supervise professional and technical staff in implementing programs, objectives, and goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives.</li>\n <li>Attend and participate in training and other personal professional development activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETENCIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Individual&nbsp;Leadership</li>\n <li>Collaboration</li>\n <li>Formal&nbsp;Presentation&nbsp;Skills</li>\n <li>Work&nbsp;Prioritization&nbsp;&amp;Management</li>\n <li>Initiative</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Education:&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field</p>\n<p>Experience:&nbsp; 4 years progressively responsible work-related experience.
