We are proud to be recognized as an ethically-based, service-oriented company that exceeds customers&rsquo; expectations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to all Modular Genius, Inc. Safety Policies, OSHA, customer and/or site-specific safety requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Abide by all Modular Genius, Inc. policies as found in the &ldquo;Modular Genius, Inc. Employee Handbook&rdquo;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide Leadership, guidance and training to MGI Modular Technicians on job sites.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct daily safety huddles (Toolbox Talks) at the beginning of each workday with a topic(s) relevant to the work to be performed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete daily reports in Procore for jobs when an MGI Site Superintendent is not present.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate project tasks and determine required tools and material needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to project/task schedules.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete &ldquo;Site Services Orders&rdquo; and return completed forms to the Operations Coordinator.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform visual inspections of company trucks, trailers, and equipment on a regular basis and communicate maintenance needs with the Site Superintendent and/or Operations Coordinator.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and Manage company issued property. Examples include, but may not be limited to: Cell Phone, Tablet, Credit Card(s), Keys/FOBs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Account for all company owned tools and equipment at the end of each workday. Inspect and ensure tools are in safe and operable working condition.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tow various size and weight trailers, including combinations exceeding 26,001 lbs. GCWR.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Obtain and maintain CDL Class A and DOT Physical</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR/AED Training</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform necessary tasks during the installation of modular units at the project site. Duties include but are not limited to, digging and/or erecting foundations and piers, rigging, removing and discarding shipping materials, removal of hitches, axles, and tires, installation of structural connections, installation of interior &amp; exterior finishes, painting, roof seaming &amp; flashing, installation of crawl space skirting, installation of gutters &amp; downspouts, typical construction layout (i.e. walls, foundation/footing/piers,).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform necessary tasks during the removal of modular units at the project site. Duties are similar to installation but in reverse order.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform warranty and /or service repairs as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate equipment such as: company trucks, Trans lift, skid-steer/track loader, all-terrain forklift, boom lift, scissor lift and other equipment as required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Loading and unloading building materials as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a safe and neat working environment by removing hazards and debris from the work areas</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform physically demanding tasks in typical outdoor construction environments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient use of typical hand tools and power tools such as: tape measure, hammer, utility knife, metal snips, pneumatic fasteners (nail guns), cordless power tools (drill, screw gun, recip. saw), corded power tools (circular saw, hammer drill, miter saw, grinders), pressure washers, and other typical carpentry/construction tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow instruction of the Site Superintendent, Project Manager, and other Modular Genius, Inc.
