Our cooperation is based on one simple principle – you work directly for the company from the DACH region. mcpk., in turn, ensures that everything is functioning well and that you have everything needed for your work, like hardware, insurance, etc. We do not interfere in your daily work as we are big fans of simplicity and transparency.<br><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Amazon Connect Engineer</span> to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of complex full-stack Amazon Connect solutions, using deep technical expertise to guide customers through sophisticated contact centre transformations.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your qualifications:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of professional experience in technical implementation or IT consulting roles</li>\n<li>Amazon Connect Communications Specialist certification</li>\n<li>Amazon Connect Developer Specialist certification</li>\n<li>At least one AWS Foundation-level certification</li>\n<li>At least one AWS Associate-level certification<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience building in the Amazon Connect console</li>\n<li>Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript</li>\n<li>Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK or Terraform</li>\n<li>Familiarity with integration patterns for external systems</li>\n<li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines for contact centre solutions</li>\n<li>Knowledge of performance optimisation and scaling strategies</li>\n<li>Understanding of security architecture for contact centre solutions</li>\n<li>Custom development experience to extend Amazon Connect functionality<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your tasks:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead technical design and architecture for complex Amazon Connect implementations</li>\n<li>Develop sophisticated contact flow solutions for advanced customer requirements, including 3rd party integrations and SSO</li>\n<li>Design and implement advanced Amazon Q integrations</li>\n<li>Create optimised forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling solutions</li>\n<li>Lead conversational design strategy and implementation</li>\n<li>Implement and configure Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, Cases, and Step-by-Step Guides</li>\n<li>Guide customers through migration strategies from legacy contact centre platforms</li>\n<li>Lead client-facing technical workshops and advanced training sessions for clients' IT stakeholders (including solutions architects, network engineers, IT support, etc.)</li>\n<li>Collaborate with practice team members, supporting technical queries for presales or in-flight projects as needed</li>\n<li>Provide technical artefacts such as architecture designs</li>\n<li>Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full remote job with a flexible schedule</li>\n<li>A long-term B2B/FOP contract</li>\n<li>Free English and German lessons</li>\n<li>Compensation paid in EUR<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Principles that define us:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Long-term collaboration.
