          "text": "<p><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour, plus $1.50 shift differential</strong></p><p><strong>Shift:&#xa0;5:00 pm - 3:30 am with opportunities for Overtime</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>This position is for a welder in Coldform department. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of production techniques, great attention to detail, and a dedication to safety. Overtime is anticipated with this full-time, direct hire opportunity.</p><ul><li>Ability to read and comprehend documents including but not limited to policy manuals, safety rules/programs, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and simple correspondence</li><li>In addition, the ability to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is required</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to perform work instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form a must. In addition, the ability to solve problems, which involve multiple variables in a standard situation, is required</li><li>Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work with a diversified work force</li><li>Be willing to cross train and be promotable</li></ul>",
