    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent potenial opportunity for a civilian Health Technicians </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Position Highlights:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Outpatient environment & updated facilities </li>\n <li>Freedom from on-call responsibilities | Emphasis on work-life balance </li>\n <li>Compliant and appreciative patient population</li>\n <li>Opportunity to give back & care for our Nation's military and dependents</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Clinical Scope:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Health Technician shall provide direct and indirect treatment through assessing patient status and determining priorities. </li>\n <li>Perform required Electrocardiograms (ECGs) and any other support related tests.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the inpatient ward’s needs are met in a support capacity to enhance patient care.</li>\n <li>Contracted personnel will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide appropriate care in accordance with unit standards.</li>\n <li>Performs basic Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, turning, dressing etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. citizen</li>\n <li>High school graduate or equivalent </li>\n <li>Certfied Phlebotomy Technician through the California Department of Public Health</li>\n <li>Hands on experience for the last 12 months as a Health Technician </li>\n <li>BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association</li>\n <li>Demostrates knowledge and competency in performing electrocardiograms(EGGs), including proper lead placement, operation of ECG equipment, and basic recognition of common rhythm abnormalities.</li>\n <li>Any EKG certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Company Overview:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Spectrum, we utilize over thirty-five years of experience providing optimal solutions for federal agencies that are both innovative and cost-effective.
