This includes the ability to communicate information verbally and in writing so others will understand.</li><li>Develop training plans to reduce callbacks and increase technical abilities within the department.</li><li>Recruit, interview and train experienced technicians and apprentices.</li><li>Effectively communicate and report to the HVAC Service Manager technical defeiciencies, areas of improvement and general feedback on the team&#39;s performance.</li><li>Participate in and facilitate one-on-one meetings and trainings.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Competencies for Success</em></strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of HVAC install and service.</li><li>Clean, safe driving record.&nbsp;</li><li>Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communications.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a timely fashion with minimal callbacks.</li><li>Must be self-starter with sound judgment and a positive attitude.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Service Titan is preferred.</li><li>High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals</li><li>Passionate about LimRic Plumbing, Heating &amp; Air and loves the brand.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
