This is reflected in our industry leading levels of Employee Engagement. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Future Leasing Specialist opportunity:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Resident Ambassador:</strong></p>\n<p>As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. </p>\n<p><strong>Leasing Champion:</strong></p>\n<p>Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets. </p>\n<p><strong>Operations Guru:</strong></p>\n<p>Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance request.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will you need to succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field. </li>\n <li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Well-developed oral and written communication skills. </li>\n <li>Proficient with MS Office.
