You will ensure smooth issuance, transaction processing, customer experience, compliance, and scalability of both virtual and physical cards, especially as we expand globally.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations Management</span>: Oversee the full lifecycle of virtual and physical card operations, including issuance, activation, management, re-issuance, cancellation, and upgrades.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Optimization</span>: Identify inefficiencies in current operations, design and implement scalable processes and automated workflows to improve key operational metrics (such as approval time, success rate, cost per card, and dispute resolution time).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product-Driven Requirements</span>: Regularly collect and deeply analyze user feedback, operational pain points, and market trends, then translate them into concrete product optimization suggestions or detailed PRD documents.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp; Compliance</span>: Ensure full compliance with global payment regulations, KYC/AML requirements, Visa/Mastercard card scheme rules, and internal policies. Manage fraud monitoring and chargeback/dispute handling processes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Experience</span>: Drive operational excellence to deliver best-in-class user experience. Handle escalation cases, analyze customer feedback, and continuously improve service quality.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data &amp; Reporting</span>: Monitor key performance indicators, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support product decisions and business growth.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Management</span>: Lead or support operations-related projects, such as new market expansion, card product feature upgrades, or system migrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>: 3+ years of relevant operations experience. Experience in fintech, payments, card issuance, or e-wallet industries is strongly preferred. Prior experience with Visa/Mastercard projects is a plus.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Design Experience</span>: Strong product mindset with the ability to independently write business requirements documents (BRD/PRD). Candidates with basic prototyping skills (Figma) are preferred.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership</span>: Proven experience managing small teams and delivering results.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge</span>: Deep understanding of stablecoins and cryptocurrency payments is a strong plus.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Language</span>: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Qualities</span>: Strong hands-on capability, high attention to detail, proactive, resilient, and customer-focused.
