We’re seeking transitioning service members with backgrounds or interest in any of the following areas: Program & Project Management Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence IT & Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) Data Analytics, Engineering, or Visualization Logistics & Operations Planning Systems Engineering or Architecture Compliance & Risk (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, RMF) Business Operations, Strategy, or Finance Training & Knowledge Management Agile Delivery & Technical Product Ownership Internal Corporate Functions (HR, Talent, Marketing, Legal) Responsibilities Participate in real-time client delivery or internal corporate initiatives Contribute to mission-driven projects with clear goals and deliverables Receive mentorship from experienced practitioners and practice leaders Develop or enhance civilian professional skills in a fast-paced environment Translate military experience into business-relevant capabilities Gain exposure to cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and frameworks Minimum Qualifications Active-duty U.S. military personnel eligible for SkillBridge during 2025 Command approval to participate in the program Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and accountability Comfortable working in hybrid, remote, or client-facing settings Clearance requirements vary (Secret or higher preferred for some roles) Preferred Experience (Varies by Role) Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS/GCP/Azure Associate or Professional, Sec+, CEH, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, etc. Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF) Experience working in or supporting DoD, IC, or federal civilian agencies Previous leadership, operational planning, or enterprise IT experience
