We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and other training, as needed.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We are looking for the following qualities and characteristics:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Recent automotive Service Advisor experience</li>\r\n\t<li>Customer service and sales skills (empathy, patience, listening, conflict resolution, etc)</li>\r\n\t<li>Resilience, the ability to overcome objections</li>\r\n\t<li>The ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate with customers, management and other employees in a timely manner within a fast-paced environment</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Job Requirements:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Desire to succeed by listening to the needs of the customer</li>\r\n\t<li>Professional, in appearance and demeanor.</li>\r\n\t<li>Reliable transportation is a must.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Work schedule averages 45 +hours per week - closed on Sundays.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Flow Automotive Companies is committed to being on the cutting edge of the transportation industry and needs like-minded individuals to join our team.
