With our years of experience in several states, we can grow, package, and deliver the best cannabis flower and manufactured/infused products to market in Missouri, meeting the high standards of discerning customers who appreciate cannabis in all its forms.<br><br><u><strong>Description</strong></u><p>The Dispensary Fulfillment Technician functions within the back-of-house space of the dispensary, assisting with proper order fulfillment and inventory management of marijuana products within the dispensary. This position reports directly to the store&#8217;s General Manager.<br><br><em>This position is for our newest Swade Dispensary in Overland, Missouri, that we're building from the ground up. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help build out the team and operations for the Saint Louis area's first dispensary that will provide 24-hour services to customers. We're looking for both <u><strong>DAY and OVERNIGHT</strong></u> employees, and the overnight shift features a <u><strong>$2-3 dollar an hour night differential.</strong></u></em></p><u><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></u><ul><li>Order Fulfillment:<ul><li>Ensure compliant fulfillment of in-store, pick-up, and home delivery orders.</li><li>Verify all items against the receipt within camera view.</li><li>Confirm all items are scanned and fulfilled in TREEZ prior to packing the bag.</li></ul></li><li>Product Stocking and Organization:<ul><li>Print and attach QR labels to products for sale.</li><li>Organize products in bins separated by METRC number and product type, ensuring clear camera visibility.</li><li>Input lab results and expiration dates into Treez for e-commerce regulatory compliance.</li><li>Assist the Fulfillment Lead with entering product purchases into the Treez POS system via the invoicing tab (if appropriately trained).</li></ul></li><li>Reporting:<ul><li>Complete and post the daily fulfillment report on Microsoft Teams.</li><li>Maintain and update daily logs, including cleaning and sanitation records, temperature and humidity logs, and product return logs.&#183;</li></ul></li><li>Inventory Management:<ul><li>Split METRC tags as required.</li><li>Support management in processing deliveries, ensuring all product movements from \"Receiving\" in Treez are verified by a manager.&#160;</li><li>Print Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and lab results upon request for patients, consumers, or state officials.</li><li>Immediately notify management of any inventory discrepancies identified during assigned shifts.</li></ul></li><li>Cleanliness and Supplies:<ul><li>Perform daily cleaning of the fulfillment room and complete the cleaning and sanitation log.&#160;</li><li>Notify management of any necessary daily-use items, such as bags, cleaning supplies, or office materials.</li></ul></li><li>Assist management with other tasks as requested/assigned.</li></ul><u><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></u><ul><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.</li><li>Must possess the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, stand, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.</li><li>Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.</li></ul><u><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></u><ul><li>Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (4+ hours).</li><li>Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 pounds.</li><li>Ability to reach overhead and across shelves.&#160;</li></ul><u><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></u>:<ul><li>Starting at $16.50 per hour for day employees, and starting at $19.50 for overnight employees, commensurate with experience</li><li>Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.</li><li>401k with matching.</li><li>12 days of paid time off.</li><li>9 paid holidays and an additional 3 floating holidays.</li><li>Paid parental leave.</li><li>Generous employee discount.</li></ul><br>&#160;",
