    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>Payrate: $19.50per hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. &nbsp;Please take this into consideration when applying.&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>Are you a recent graduate with a degree in the social services field?</strong>&nbsp;</span></span></p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>Are you eager to learn new skills and help adults in need?</strong></span></span></p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span>&nbsp;</span></span></p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span>As a <strong>Medical Benefit Review Services Associate, </strong>you will help disadvantaged and disabled adults access better healthcare services to maintain their independence and continue living in their homes.</span></span></p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>In this role,&nbsp;</strong>w<strong>e will teach you how to:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span><span>Perform in-home assessments for applicants and participants of long-term personal care services (LT-PCS).&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Offer choice counseling for Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) to those who request it.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Provide applicants with an overview of the Long-Term Care Program.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Create a Person-Centered Plan of Care that is based on individual needs.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Complete client monitoring surveys as part of the quality management process.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>We will also:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span><span>Help you get IHC Certified with the LA Department of Health and Hospitals.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span><span>Have a&nbsp;bachelor’s degree in health and human services, social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Demonstrate quality communication skills, both oral and written.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Show a desire to work with the public.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Be a Louisiana resident.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Have reliable transportation.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and be able to travel daily within your assigned region.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li><span><span>Have experience in health-related social and/or human services.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Have experience working with older adults or individuals with disabilities.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span><strong>Flexible Working</strong></span></span></p>\n<p class=\"xmsonormal\"><span><span>At Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
