Admit mistakes, learn from mistakes, and move forward.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate an ability to accept constructive criticism and guidance from supervisors.</li><li>Be professional by showing politeness and courtesy to co-workers and guests under all circumstances.</li><li>When you don&rsquo;t know information, how something works, unsure of policy or procedures, or are unclear; seek answers from your supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Major Responsibilities/Activities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Collect, clean, and process data from multiple internal and external sources utilizing Azure Databricks pipelines.</li><li>Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.</li><li>Develop and maintain data catalogs and dashboards, visualizations, and reports for various business functions.</li><li>Analyze player behavior and gaming data to support loyalty, marketing, and retention strategies.</li><li>Predict player churn, support customer segmentation, and drive revenue optimization.</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations for casino operations.</li><li>Analyze workforce data to optimize scheduling, assess trends, and improve retention.</li><li>Leverage BI tools and data platforms for automation, reporting, and real-time insights.</li><li>Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to support AI/BI-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ensures the integrity of files, records, data and property are safeguarded at all times.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining department records and filing system for all projects.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Two to four years of experience in data analysis, preferably in gaming, marketing or hospitality.</li><li>Proficiency in database applications or business intelligence tools Azure Databricks, ADF, SQL and Python preferred</li><li>Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must have experience working with large datasets and data visualization techniques.</li><li>Must possess excellent communication, organization and written skills.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on the needs of programs and projects.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license.&nbsp;</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table></div></div>\n",
