    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div id=\"isPasted\"><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead the preparation and assembly of racecars, including chassis setup, subassemblies, and suspension components, under the direction of the R&amp;D Leader.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure all build specifications are strictly followed, delivering a final product that meets high standards of quality and safety.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist the R&amp;D Leader with pre-assembly tasks including the fitment of test and development parts, providing detailed feedback and documentation on potential improvements and issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as lead mechanic during private team tests, tire tests, manufacturer evaluations, straight-line tests, marketing events, and select race events as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Work efficiently to meet critical build deadlines and maintain overall project timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Mentor junior mechanics, promoting quality control and fostering a positive, growth-oriented learning environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively contribute to the improvement of processes, materials, equipment, personnel, and technical knowledge in collaboration with the R&amp;D Leader.&nbsp;</li><li>Train team members on both shop and track-based equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).&nbsp;</li><li>Verify that all checklists are accurately completed and documented.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace both in the shop and at the racetrack, working closely with the R&amp;D Leader to uphold professional standards.</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>The successful candidate will have at minimum of a high school diploma</li><li>Minimum 10 years technical experience in professional motorsport or related field<ol><li>Motorsports technician / crew chief background<ul><li>IndyCar, NASCAR, IMSA, WEC or F1 championships preferred</li></ul></li></ol></li><li>Minimum 10 years of Professional motorsports track experience</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous</li></ul><p>improvement required</p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills required</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.</li><li>Excellent mentoring skills, with a passion for developing team members is required</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Desired / Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft Suite<ol><li>Excel experience preferred</li><li>SharePoint experience preferred</li><li>Outlook experience Preferred</li></ol></li><li>Experience mentoring technicians&nbsp;</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal)</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
