This role supports the overall guest experience by ensuring grounds, green spaces, and outdoor areas are attractive, well-kept, and safe throughout the operating season.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Maintain landscaped areas including lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and flower beds</p></li>\n <li><p>Mow, trim, edge, and water lawns and turf areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Plant, mulch, weed, prune, and fertilize landscape materials</p></li>\n <li><p>Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools</p></li>\n <li><p>Remove debris, leaves, and litter from park grounds and walkways</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with seasonal planting, landscape installation, and special event setups</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform basic irrigation system checks and adjustments</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow safety procedures and proper use of equipment and chemicals</p></li>\n <li><p>Work outdoors in various weather conditions</p></li>\n <li><p>Support other park maintenance needs as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>No prior experience required; landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, and variable weather</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team</p></li>\n <li><p>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic</p></li>\n <li><p>Must meet minimum age requirements per company policy</p></li>\n <li><p>Flexible scheduling including weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and holidays</p></li>\n <li><p>Seasonal employment typically runs spring through fall</p></li>\n</ul>",
