This role is well‑suited for a junior to intermediate professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute throughout all phases of design and documentation.</p>\n<p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the development of architectural designs, layouts, and concepts from early planning through construction.</li>\n <li>Prepare drawings, models, and architectural documentation using Revit across all project phases, including Programming, Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and internal project teams to deliver coordinated, high‑quality design solutions.</li>\n <li>Participate in client meetings and design presentations, incorporating feedback into ongoing project work.</li>\n <li>Assist in maintaining drawing standards, quality control, and compliance with applicable codes and project requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional degree in Architecture or a related discipline.</li>\n <li>1–5 years of professional experience in an architectural design role.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools is an asset.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li>\n <li>Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is $65K to 75K. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.</p>\n<p><br>\n  In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees, including health insurance, vacation time, and 401(k) retirement benefits.<br>\n  &nbsp;</p>",
