Our Denver office is looking for a Project Manager (PM) within our Global Mobility group supporting the development of belt drive systems for bicycle and fitness applications. The Senior Project Manager is responsible and accountable for leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process across a high‑project‑count product development team. This role owns the successful execution of multiple concurrent development programs, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with technical, quality, and business objectives. Operating at both the program and portfolio level, the Senior Project Manager serves as the central integrator across Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners. The role requires a leader who can manage complexity, drive disciplined execution, and maintain visibility and control across a fast‑moving product pipeline. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: New Product Introduction Ownership Serve as the end‑to‑end owner of the NPI process, from concept approval through development, validation, launch, and post‑launch support. Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of the company’s NPI / product development framework across all responsible programs. Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across the entire project portfolio. Lead a high volume of concurrent product development projects, balancing priorities, shared resources, and interdependencies. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Actively manage portfolio health, capacity constraints, and sequencing decisions in partnership with functional leadership. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Alignment Lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial functions. Drive alignment on requirements, assumptions, milestones, and decision criteria across all stakeholders. Coordinate with global teams and external suppliers, ensuring delivery commitments, issue resolution, and communication cadence. Plan and lead phase‑gate reviews, and leadership updates. Clearly communicate program status, risks, trade‑offs, and mitigation plans to senior leadership. Drive decision‑making by presenting fact‑based options and escalating issues when required. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical, schedule, cost, supply chain, and quality risks. Establish and track project KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics. Lead recovery plans and corrective actions for programs that deviate from plan. Process Improvement & Leadership Impact Improve scalability and predictability of NPI execution in a high‑throughput development environment. Mentor and coach project managers and team members on best practices, tools, and execution discipline. Influence organizational maturity in program management, project governance, and cross‑functional collaboration. Requirements and Preferred Skills Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, engineering or other technical degree strongly preferred. Project or program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus. 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading complex product development or NPI programs. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a hardware, mechanical, or engineered product environment. Experience working with global teams and suppliers preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and previous product development experience preferred. Skills and Capabilities Strong project and portfolio management capability with a results‑driven execution mindset. Ability to operate effectively from detailed execution through executive‑level communication. Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical trade‑offs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence without direct authority. Passion for mechanical systems, mobility products, or complex engineered solutions is a plus. A preference for hands on work style. Expertise with computer tools like spreadsheets and slide presentations. Strong written and verbal communication skills including comfort and confidence working with overseas suppliers. Technical aptitude for engineering products and equipment. Flexible to the priorities of the business. Strong organizational skills. Solution oriented. Self-motivated, Self-directed, and driven to complete projects quickly and efficiently. Strong troubleshooting and problem mitigation skills. Values quality of work and attention to detail. Passion for bikes, motorcycles or other two-wheel mobility preferred. PAY & BENEFITS Full-Time Salary Range: $95,000 - $112,000 Not Bonus Eligible Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
