          "text": "<p>As a member of our Yard Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our yard, supporting various aspects of girder production, and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks related to yard operations. This role will report to our Customer Support Team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><em><u>Material Handling:</u></em>&#xa0;Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment components using forklifts and other equipment.</li><li><em><u>Yard Maintenance</u></em>: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free yard to support safety and operational efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance of the yard area, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards. Perform general labor duties, as assigned, including: 1. Sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of waste materials. 2. Assisting in the setup and preparation of work areas. 3. Supporting various yard operations as needed.</li><li><u><em>In</em></u><u><em>v</em>entory Operation and Control</u>: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Perform regular inventory counts and inspections to ensure consistency and accuracy. Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor in a timely manner.</li><li><em><u>Order Fulfillment</u></em>: Assist in fulfilling orders by accurately counting, selecting, and preparing materials for delivery or internal use.&#xa0;</li><li><em><u>Equipment Operation</u></em>: Operate machinery, such as forklift, in a safe and responsible manner. Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.</li><li><em><u>Adhere to Safety Protocols</u></em>: Follow all established safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment. Consistently wear and maintain the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided, such as gloves, safety vests, and protective footwear. Remain vigilant and promptly report any safety hazards, incidents, or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Participate in safety meetings or trainings as required to stay informed on best practices and updates.</li><li><em><u>Collaboration</u></em>: Work closely with other team members and support customer visits.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Work is performed both indoors in a warehouse setting and outdoors in the yard,&#xa0;<strong>in varying weather conditions</strong></li><li>The role may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and heavy equipment</li></ul>",
